Our facility offers up to a 100 classes per week in three studio rooms and caters to your workout schedule with morning, afternoon and evening classes. Our incredible instructors strike the perfect balance in delivering highly effective, yet fun and entertaining classes like Abs & Booty, Hottie Body Boxing, Video Vixen, Yoga Fusion and dozens more. So whether you’re in the mood for a cardio dance class, hardcore muscle sculpting or a meditative yoga session you’ll find what you’re looking for at Flirty Girl Fitness.

Private Party & Social Club
Our Facility offers more than just fitness classes – on the weekend our studios are transformed into a social club for women. Equipped with a Coyote Ugly Dance Bar, Dance Poles and Bistro Dance Chairs we open our venue several times a year for wild member appreciation parties and networking events for women.
