The Flirty Girl Dance Troupe, made up of our incredibly talented instructors, has a wide range of performances that can be tailored to suit any function. Choose from pole dancing (performed using our portable stage pole), chair dancing, sexy hip hop, coyote ugly or striptease - all perfectly tasteful but sinfully sexy.
Whether you are hosting a party at our unique venue to take advantage of our 11 brass poles, bistro chairs and coyote ugly dancing bar, or need us to come to you with one of our portable poles - Flirty Girl will inject fun, sexy energy to any party.

Personal Training and Private Lessons
Too shy for a group class or looking to perfect your routine? We offer private lessons with our expert instructors Private sessions are available for individuals or small groups based on studio availability. Please call for pricing.
Our fitness instructors are also available to put together a personal training program for you to help you achieve your ultimate hottie body. We'll give you a complete assessment and will find a program and a nutritional diet that will work for you and your lifestyle.
Event Space Rental
Flirty Girl Fitness, one of Toronto's most stunning and unique event facilities, is located in the trendy King West entertainment district.
Featured on the event planner’s online bible BizBash, Flirty Girl Fitness is rapidly becoming the choice venue for Toronto's most exciting and unique events. The 5500 sq ft open-concept facility is divided into three studio rooms all opening onto a spacious lobby - providing a discreet, upscale atmosphere and sexy ambience to any event. The trendy lounge contains a bar specifically designed for Coyote Ugly-style dancing. Partition walls open up the space so the pole dancing studio, filled with 11 brass dance poles, is accessible to all – a cheeky and daring addition to any party!
This stylish space is ideal for corporate events, private birthday parties, holiday parties, product launches and fundraising events and is customizable for groups of any size. Your event can be designed to your specifications by our experienced event planners or we can leave the arrangements up to you. Either way, our professional staff is here to work with you to ensure your event is a success.
Venue Rental - Rehearsal/Filming/Studio Space
Flirty Girl Fitness is available for rent for photo shoots, film shoots. There are three separate studio rooms for rehearsal space available during the day and on weekends. Please call and ask to speak to the Studio Director for a quote.
